Puppy Socialising Classes:
We all love how puppies enjoy their new surroundings as there are so many new and exciting things to experience. Plenty of noise and fun activities, and new people to meet. But at the same time, we also love to see how a puppy can master the art of socialisation and good manners in the home and out in the neighbourhood.
Puppy School is a fun way to teach your dog good manners and social skills in the home and in the neighbourhood. Yet it is always important that any socialisation induction is done safely.
DogSmart Australia runs Puppy School classes for puppies aged eight – 16 weeks in conjunction with We Know Pets in Bowral, Southern Highlands.
The classes are fun, informative, holistic and interactive. More importantly, they’re conducted in a safe and friendly environment with Olga Hromow, a 20-year veteran in dog behavioural training and therapy.
Classes are small so valuable time can be spent with your puppy and any other family member attending.
Your puppy will learn basic obedience skills — from responding to its name, greeting and socialising with other people and puppies, and learning to walk on a leash with you in command.
All puppies purchased from reputable breeders, animal shelters, and pet stores will have had their first vaccinations. To attend a puppy class, you must bring along a copy of your dog’s vaccination certificate.
